Devices / Cameras : I can't see image files on the eedomus ftp server The download of the images is fine, but the files don't appear in the FTP. It is just normal! The FTP allows the cameras to download images, but it forbids the display inside the FTP for security reasons. Display and management of the image are done through web interface (use https://secure.eedomus.com to manage/delete files). If it doesn't allow you to solve thie issue, you send a message to eedomus team. To send a request to eedomus support team, pleaseplease connect to your account first |
