Power shortage

The best way to protect against power outages is to use an UPS, Uninterruptible Power Supply, (or inverter).

The UPS may protect:

  • Internet access router
  • The eedomus box
  • Other equipment (camera, computer)

The eedomus box can retrieve the information from some compatible UPS (via USB cable).

You can then be warned of a power failure.

Internet failure

You can still use the eedomus box if your internet connection is cut.

The eedomus box continues to work.

You may access your system through:

  • The web local site
  • The Android / iOS App, using the rescue mode

If you want to protect more against internet failure, you may use a 3G modem!
